How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Spitrz account and all associated data by sending an email to info@oaqwoods.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following in your email:

1. Your Spitrz username (handle)
2. The email address associated with your account
3. A statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (handle, bio, avatar)
• Your email address and authentication credentials
• Your battle history and submitted verses
• Your ratings, wins, losses, and tier rankings
• Your notebook entries
• Your follows, blocks, and reports
• Your push notification tokens
• Any challenge history associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for the periods noted below:

• Anonymized vote records — votes are anonymized and may be retained as aggregate analytics data indefinitely.
• Legal / compliance records — if required by applicable law, certain records may be retained for up to 7 years.
